If you’ve recently made a purchase on the FoodSaver website and have a question about your order, you might find the answer right here on our Order Processing FAQs page.

Whether you want to cancel a recently-placed order or if you’d just like to find out when you can expect your item to arrive; we’ve compiled a list of some of the most common questions our customers ask us regarding our ordering process — helping you find the answers you need quickly.

Can I add or remove an item to the order I recently submitted?

Unfortunately, we cannot change or update orders once they have been submitted. We aim to ship your item quickly, and so send each order immediately to our warehouse for processing, meaning they cannot be amended.

Can I cancel the order I recently submitted?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations on recently-submitted orders. This is because we aim to process and ship your item on the same day that the order was placed. All purchases do come complete with a 30-day money back guarantee however, and can be returned for a full refund, less shipping and handling, should you wish to return an item.

Can I change the address on the order I recently submitted?

Unfortunately, we cannot change or update orders once they have been submitted. We aim to process and ship your item the same day that the order was received, and so cannot amend the information once the order has been submitted.

What is your Order Acceptance Policy?

Jarden Consumer Solutions reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Jarden Consumer Solutions non-password protected ecommerce enabled sites are for orders from end user customers only. Jarden Consumer Solutions does not accept orders on this site from resellers, exporters, wholesalers or other customers who intend to resell the products offered on this site. If you are interested in reselling our products, please contact us.

Where can I find out the status of my order?

To find out the status of your order, please click here to access our Order Status checker. You’ll need your confirmation number (found in your order confirmation email) and your postcode. Alternatively, log in to My Account for further help and information.

Where do your orders ship from?

All orders are shipped from the UK.

When will I receive my order?

Choose standard delivery at the checkout, and you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days. For next day delivery on orders submitted before 12pm, your item will be delivered the next business day.

Please note: If you place an order after 12pm on a Friday – or on a weekend – and choose next day delivery, your order will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
