If you need to return an item to us and require further information about our returns procedure, all the information you need is included in our Returns FAQs below.

Understanding that some people may not be 100% satisfied with their order, we’ve tried to make our returns policy as simple and straightforward as possible. If you have a query about returning an item to us, we’ve compiled our most frequently asked questions below — quickly providing you with the help you need to secure a refund on your order.

What if my product is faulty?

If you receive an item from FoodSaver.co.uk which is damaged or faulty in any way, please return it to us and we will happily replace the product or provide a full refund, including the cost of sending the product back to us by recorded delivery or courier. To find your returns reference number, please visit the My Account page or contact our customer service team. You can do so by phone on 0800 525 089, or via email on enquirieseurope@jardencs.com.

How long will it take for my account to be credited?

Once you have returned an item to us, please allow up to 28 days for your account to be credited with the refund. If you are returning faulty or damaged products, we will test and inspect the returned item, and aim to deliver a replacement or issue a refund within 10 days of receiving the item.

Do you have a money back satisfaction guarantee?

At FoodSaver, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. So, if for any reason you are unhappy with our products or services, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee in which time you can return the item for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (less delivery and handling charges, and any processing fees).

How do I return an order?

Warranty/Defective Returns — If there is a problem with the product you receive, or if you would like to make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team. You can do so by phone on 0800 525 089 or via email on enquirieseurope@jardencs.com.

Non-Warranty Returns — If you are not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original condition in the original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. If you require a refund, we will apply a credit to your original form of payment. Contact our customer service team on 0800 525 089 or email us on enquirieseurope@jardencs.com for a returns reference number. Please include your name, address and returns reference number inside the package, and return to us by courier or recorded delivery mail to:

I've returned my item. How soon will I receive my refund?

Refunds on returned item(s) will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase and should appear as a credit in your account within 1 – 2 billing cycles.
