What if my product is faulty?
If you receive an item from FoodSaver.co.uk which is damaged or faulty in any way, please return it to us and we will happily replace the product or provide a full refund, including the cost of sending the product back to us by recorded delivery or courier. To find your returns reference number, please visit the My Account page or contact our customer service team. You can do so by phone on 0800 525 089, or via email on firstname.lastname@example.org.

How do I return an order?
Warranty/Defective Returns — If there is a problem with the product you receive, or if you would like to make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team. You can do so by phone on 0800 525 089 or via email on email@example.com.
Non-Warranty Returns — If you are not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original condition in the original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. If you require a refund, we will apply a credit to your original form of payment. Contact our customer service team on 0800 525 089 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns reference number. Please include your name, address and returns reference number inside the package, and return to us by courier or recorded delivery mail to:
